Please note: There are room contingents reserved for participants in several hotels close to the conference venue. They can be booked via the ICY15 reservation form.
The organizing committee or the PCO will never contact you by phone to make a hotel reservation! Unfortunately, we have heard again about fraudulent attempts to contact our participants and speakers. Please, be aware of.

Please note

Congress Registration includes access to all technical sessions from Sunday 23 to Thursday 27 August, to the Welcome Reception on Sunday 23 August, the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 26 August and all lunch and refreshment breaks.

    • fees are inclusive of Austrian Tax.
    • if you are registering as a Student or Young Scientist, you will be asked to provide a certificate from your university as supporting evidence of your status.

  • Registration form can only be submitted if all fields in bold are completed.
  • Registration will only be accepted once full payment of registration fee has been received.
  • Deadline for submission of abstracts for oral presentation: 4 May 2020

Visa information

Austria is part of the European Union. If you are not an EU/EEA citizen, you may need a visa. Austria is part of the Schengen travel area. A Schengen visa is valid for travel to Austria. For a list of countries that DO require visas, please check the Federal Ministry of European Integration and Foreign Affairs website or the website of the European Commission which also provides information on visa regulations for the Schengen Area.
